Monastery of Our Lady of Angels

The monastery was built at the end of the 16th century during the Republic of Dubrovnik, to which the town of Orebić itself belonged from 1333 to 1806.

The monastery is surrounded by a dense pine forest and was built on the very rock 152m above the sea. It offers one of the most beautiful views of the Pelješac canal and the old town of Korčula.
